Named a CIBC Trailblazer and Trendsetter, Norma is a leader in the Canadian biotechnology sector, having risen up the ranks and winning several national awards while building her career at Pfizer, Amgen and Abbott Laboratories.

As chief executive officer of Augurex, she is transforming patient management to improve outcomes by developing novel biomarker blood tests. Its first test, JOINTstat, is now in use worldwide and many arthritis specialists state they rarely make a patient treatment change without checking the JOINTstat results first.
